World’s Worst Giacchino Scores

**UPDATE: June 2022 – From ‘Lightyear’ soundtrack**

The official soundtrack for the upcoming Batman movie – titled ‘The Batman’ – was just released. It was composed by Michael Giacchino and he has habit for naming his tracks with silly puns and jokes.

One of his trademark though is naming a track that begins with “World’s Worst…..”. It’s a tradition he started back in 2004 when he was composing for the tv show LOST. In season 1, he named a track ‘World’s Worst Beach Party’.

Since then, Michael Giacchino has been naming several of his tracks beginning with ‘World’s Worst’ in several of his projects from Mission Impossible to Spider-Man. His latest one is called “World’s Worst Translator” from The Batman soundtrack.

I counted 18 tracks in total (I might’ve missed some). So you have the ‘World’s Worst…

  1. …Beach Party (LOST)
  2. …Landscaping (LOST)
  3. …Last 4 Minutes (Mission Impossible III)
  4. …Road Rage (Speed Racer)
  5. …Car Wash (LOST)
  6. …Field Trip (Super 8)
  7. …Parking Valet (Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol)
  8. …Curtain Call (Toy Story of Terror!)
  9. …Animal Shelter (Zootopia)
  10. Astral Worlds Worst Killer (Dr Strange)
  11. …Babysitters (Incredibles II)
  12. …Bedtime Storyteller (Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom)
  13. …Water Feature (Spider-Man Far From Home)
  14. …Worst Rideshare (Let Him Go)
  15. …Landing (Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond)
  16. …Friendly Neighbour (Spider-Man No Way Home)
  17. …Translator (The Batman)
  18. …Self-Destruct Sequence (Lightyear)

I put them all in a playlist.

The DC Multiverse

The Multiverse. Every existence multiplied by possibility and spread out before space and time in infinite measure. Civilizations rose and fell and rose again across reality grasping expanse. Life, a precious gift, persevering against every obstacles until finally the Age of Heroes was born.
– Oliver Queen, CW’s Crisis on Infinite Earth

Say what you want about the quality of CW’s recent crossover event Crisis on Infinite Earths, what impressed me was their unprecedented attempt to connect various DC live action properties into a multiverse just like how the DC Comics have been doing since the 60s.

So I made a website cataloging ‘The Multiverse’ introduced in the CW Crisis on Infinite Earths television event.

https://themultiverse-dc.weebly.com/

Some notes:

We saw the Burton-verse, Batman-66, Smallville, Flash 90, Birds of Prey and others getting destroyed but we never saw them getting revived. I think those universes based on pre-existing movies or TV shows were revived despite not being shown at the end montage. Producer Marc Guggenheim explained in the Fake Nerd Podcast that they promised “to return the toys to the toy chest” referring to pre-existing DC properties.

Earth-12 is not necessarily the home of Ryan Reynolds’ Green Lantern, but a teaser to the upcoming HBO Max Green Lantern series. Perhaps, but the Oa footage came from Ryan Reynolds’ Green Lantern. I don’t think the HBO Max’s Oa will look like that.

Earth-85? In the second issue of the Crisis on Infinite Earths Giant tie-in comic, Felicity and others go transported to Earth-85 and saw the Silver Age comic superheroes fighting a version of the Anti-Monitor at the Dawn of Time. This Anti-Monitor even uttered the exact same line from the original COIE comic (although he doesn’t wear his mask like the comic). I’ve debated on whether to include this Earth or not but since I included Earth-F and Earth-76 from the tie-in comic, might as well add this too. I see it as similar to ‘Earth-1985’ as defined by the Doomsday Clock comic – a universe where the Pre-Crisis Earth-1 lived on.

Earth-Justice League? That is the name I used for the home of the DCEU films. I went back to how producer Charles Roven called it in interviews with Comingsoon.net or CBR. The Kevin Smith hosted show “Dawn of Justice League“, with Geoff Johns appearing as guest, referred the DCEU films as the “Justice League Universe”.

Other Earths? The Earths being catalogued so far have connection to the Arrowverse/Earth-Prime and the CW Crisis on Infinite Earths. But more earths can be added. The short-lived TV show ‘Powerless’ was informally referred to ‘Earth-P’ by its writers. A Powerless easter egg was seen at the series finale of the Arrow. A cameo from Cameron Cuffe of Krypton was supposed to appear in Crisis so Krypton could be another Earth (Earth-K?). There was a Dark Knight easter egg in Elseworlds (Bane’s mask) so The Dark Knight Trilogy could be in its own earth (Earth-TDK?). I’ll wait till the DC Fandome event in August to add more.

The Walking Dead is literally the new LOST

walking-dead-logo-hd-free-112174

So the third season of The Walking Dead finished recently and I can’t help feel a sense of deja vu at the whole series so far. No, it’s not because I’ve read the comic books from which the show is based on – there are several significant changes to the characters and the plot structure to make it distinct enough from the source material.

Then I realized that I’ve seen this story on television before! The show was called LOST.

lost-logo

Let’s break it down shall we

NOTE: I’ve read the two compendiums of Walking Dead graphic novels – that’s 96 issues. Plus I know bits and pieces of things that happened beyond that. The Walking Dead comics came before Lost but I can’t help but notice the similarities of the TV show (not the comics) to Lost. And this is mostly just for fun.

MAJOR SPOILER ALERT FOR WALKING DEAD AND LOST

Unaired Dexter’s Laboratory Episode Is Now Online

An unaired episode of Cartoon Network’s ‘Dexter’s Laboratory’ made its way onto the internet (specifically, CN’s Adult Swim youtube page).

It’s about Dexter inventing a machine that can remove someone’s rude personality – which creates a separate rude doppelganger of that person. Censored profanity laden hilarity ensues over the course of the episode.

Being a big fan of Dexter’s Laboratory  I am really happy at the fact that I’ve just spent the last seven minutes witnessing a never before seen episode of that show. It’s a weird feeling of watching something old yet new at the same time.

LOST – Things don’t stay buried on the Island

You’ll be seeing many characters you haven’t seen since the first season” said Damon Lindelof, one of the creator/producers of LOST at the recent Comic Con. Yup, it seems like the writers of LOST are planning to give some deceased characters a last hurrah before the series ends on May 2010. So who’s gonna show up and who’s not? Here’s the rundown

*SPOILER ALERT!! Look away if you don’t want to be spoiled*

Confirmed

Juliet

Death: Season 5 Episode 17 – Incident pt 2
Sacrificing herself by hitting a hydrogen bomb repeatedly with a rock in an attempt to change the course of history. This happened after she fell down a shaft after being pulled down by a strong electromagnetic force.

Capacity of return:

  • See her immediately to resolve the cliffhanger ending
  • Going to be in “two tenths of the season” (20%)
  • “And there’ll be some… I don’t know… you know that thing where you kind of sigh a little bit because there’s a bit of a resolution, we will have that, which is good.” – Elizabeth Mitchell

Personal theory:
She’ll be in some alternate timeline that will see her reunited with her sister.

Faraday

Death: Season 5 Episode 14 – The Variable
Idiotically went to the Others’ camp and demanded Richard, at gunpoint, to take him to his mom (young version of his mom) only to be shot by her!! Of course, the young version of his mom didn’t know she just shot his own son.

Capacity of return:

  • At Comic Con, Damon and Carlton said that we will see Faraday again

Personal theory:
Either in a flashback or an alternate timeline. But I’m positively sure that he’ll show up to explain what is going on after the explosion whether it’s an alternate timeline, reset, our Losties mind jumping through time, course correction, etc

Charlie

Death: Season 3 Episode 23 – Through the Looking Glass part 3
Locked himself in a flooded room to save his friend Desmond. Before that he managed to 1) turn off the jamming signal thus enabling Jack to radio the freighter 2) contact Penny thus made it possible for her to rescue the survivors and reunite with his lover Desmond 3) warned the rest that the Freighter folks aren’t entirely who they say they are. In other words, Charlie’s sacrifice was significant.

Capacity of return:

My personal theory:
I’m not sure how but I have a feeling that his return will be something big. Just look at the hints they dropped: Hurley’s carrying a guitar case given by Jacob, Sun finding Charlie’s driveshaft ring and Dominic Monaghan’s appearance at the LOST panel in Comic Con.

Charlie’s return will probably significantly drive the plot just as his death was. How? Most likely it has something to do with Claire’s and Aaron’s storyline

Speaking of Claire…

Claire

Disappearance: Season 4 Episode 10 – Something Nice Back Home
Claire saw his ghost daddy and followed him to the jungle leaving baby Aaron with Sawyer. Next, she was in a creepy Cabin with her dad and acting strange. Finally, she was in Kate’s dream and warning her not to bring Aaron back to the island.

Capacity of return:

  • Back as a regular cast again after a one season absence

Personal Theory:
We last saw her in a cabin with her dad and that Cabin is now empty so she must be somewhere else. I think she’s in the temple or some other mysterious island location that we haven’t seen yet. Just like how Faraday served as our guide through the scientific element of the show, Claire’s story may play the same role but for the supernatural element (Jacob, MIB, Temple, etc).

Boone

Death: Season 1 Episode 20 – Do No Harm
Locke temporarily lost his ability to use his leg therefore he asked Boone to climb up a cliff and search a crashed beechcraft. Locke believed he’ll find something that can help them open the hatch…Locke was wrong. Instead Boone found some heroin and later the plane fell down the cliff and seriously injured Boone. Boone then suffered a slow painful death while being treated by Jack and his crazy ‘JackFaces’.

Capacity of return

  • unknown but he’s definitely back
  • LOST remains my best experience as an actor, and my departure was
really traumatising for me. I don’t know in what form or shape Boone
will be back, and I don’t care. Nothing could have pleased me more than
to take part of the last season of the show that has brought me so
much. I’ve already prepared my luggage!
    ” – Ian Somerhalder

Personal Theory:
In an alternate timeline or as ghost that haunts Locke/Flocke. I think he’ll probably be in an alternate timeline (IF an alternate timeline is created after the explosion). But I’m sure whatever form he’ll return in, I don’t think he will play a big role…not as significant as Charlie. But hey it’s LOST..anything can happen…he could be the smoke monster!!

Michael

Death: Season 4 Episode 14 – There’s No place like Home Part 2
Was freezing a ticking time bomb which bought some time for the rest of the survivors to hop into the helicopter and escape the freighter before it exploded. Unfortunately, Michael was still aboard when it did.

Interest in return:
Only if there’s some way that they’re getting back to all of those
original characters that we started the journey with, and if that’s so
then that makes sense to me. I don’t know other than that how it makes
sense.
” – Harold Perrineau

Personal opinion:
If a character like Boone is back then I want Michael to be back as well. I would be satisfied if he only return as ghost or in Walt’s dream. I want one last reunion between Michael and Walt please!!

**UPDATE 29/01/2010**

Damon and Carlton confirmed his return during the TCA press tour

“There are two big hopes I have for Michael,” says Harold. “One is I hope he gets to apologize to his son.” (Unlikely, says exec producer Carlton Cuse, explaining it’s tricky to bring back Malcolm David Kelley, now 17, because “he looks much older than his character. But we’re still seeing if there’s a way to work that out.”)

Harold’s second hope: “That I get to apologize to Libby, since her death was really an accident.” (Oops!)

Libby

Death: Season 2 Episode 20 – Two For the Road

Michael accidentally shot her after shooting Ana Lucia

Personal opinion:

The producers have said that Libby’s story is over so she’s not coming back.

**UPDATE 29/01/2010**

SHE’s BACK!!! – confirmed by Damon and Carlton during TCA press tour

Shannon

Death: Season 2 Episode 6 – Abandoned

She was accidently shot by Ana Lucia

Personal opinion:

If Boone is returning then why not Shannon?

**UPDATE 29/01/2010**

Not looking good:

Reliable inside sources tell me she’s the only original cast member so far who has been asked back to the series and unable to return. She has not shot any new scenes for the final Lost season.

However, according to her rep, Maggie had a very good reason for not making the trek to Hawaii: “She did three movies back to back to back and just got back from filming last Thursday.”

http://spoilerslost.blogspot.com/2009/11/latest-from-kristin.html

**UPDATE 04/03/2010**

SHE’S BACK!!!! WOOOHOO!!

“We’re really excited about having her back on the show,” says Cuse, “and we have a good story for her.” The producers would not specify how many episodes she would appear in.

http://popwatch.ew.com/2010/02/17/lost-exclusive-maggie-grace-shannon/

Ana Lucia

Death: Season 2 Episode 20 – Two For the Road

Michael shot Ana Lucia to free Ben

Personal opinion:

I think her story is done and her appearance in early Season 5 served as a little ‘final bow’ for her character.

**UPDATE 04/03/2010**

Confirmed to be back!

Sources confirm to me exclusively that Rodriguez will reprise her role as late 815 tailie Ana-Lucia in at least one of the show’s final episodes.

http://ausiellofiles.ew.com/2010/03/04/lost-michelle-rodriguez-returns/

Unconfirmed

Eko

Death: Season 3 Episode 5 – Cost of Living
Eko refused to confess his sins to the ghostly vision of his brother. As a result, his ghost brother revealed his true self – A F***ing SMOKE MONSTER!! Smoke monster killed Eko.

Interest:

Adewale is open for business. We have had talks about some things they might do for the final season and there are other dead folks coming back allegedly but at the moment it is still a maybe. A strong maybe but I have not shot anything yet or signed any contracts. But I’m hoping.” – Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje

Personal opinion:
Eko was one of the coolest character and deserves to make at least one final appearance before the show ends. My idea? Eko’s ghost scaring the living shit out of Flocke!! OR Eko’s ghost vs Smoke monster!! I want a rematch!!!

Time Between Dog and Wolf

The Korean dramas that I’ve managed to catch were usually the sad romantic ones that ends tragically (the only happy one I saw was ‘Full House’ starring Korean pop superstar Rain, who was also in Speed Racer). So it was a bit refreshing to watch a Korean drama about cops and gangsters, a genre mostly associated with Hong Kong films. Sure, there is a love triangle plotline as you can guess from the picture above but it’s balanced out with several action sequences, plot twists and episodic cliffhangers.

Time Between Dog and Wolf is about Lee Soo Hyun (the guy on the left) who was adopted by a senior officer in the ‘National Intelligence Service’ (NIS) after his parents were murdered by gangsters. Soo Hyun grew up to become an NIS agent himself together with his foster brother, Kang Min Ki (the guy on the right). Later, Soo Hyun agree to become an undercover agent by faking his death and infiltrate a drug trafficking gang led by Ma Woo, the same man who murdered his parents. Further complicating things is a love triangle between Soo Hyun (now under the name of Kay), Ji Woo (Soo Hyun’s childhood friend and the daughter of the gang leader) and Min Ki (Soo Hyun’s foster brother).

As usual for an undercover cop, Soo Hyun suffered from a crisis of identity just like Tony Leung from Hard Boiled & Infernal Affairs. BUT, here’s where it gets better, Soo Hyun later had a car accident and lost his memories!!! 🙄 So he’s a dude disguised as another dude who lost his memories and thinks he’s really the dude he disguised as!!!Beat that Tony Leung!!

That’s where the second part of the series began which was also when things get slow as the three main characters gets one dimensional (Soo Hyun acts like an asshole, the girl is like all confused and Min Ki just shouts a lot). Then things get better again in the last few episodes with cliffhangers and twists (aside from stupid acts by the girl). It has a sort of a happy ending LOL Hehe and it also leaves it open for a second season too.

Overall, the show at least kept me entertained throughout so that’s good I guess 🙂

Sinetron

In recent years, there’s a rise in popularity of satellite TV here in Brunei. Mostly (if not completely) due to the way it enables us to watch our favourite Indonesian channels. Nowadays, it’s normal for us Bruneians to have access to three different ‘TV modes’ in a single household: the local Bruneian channel, the Malaysian Astro cable channel (eg.HBO, Cartoon Network, etc) and the satellite TV (receiving Indonesian channels). It’s usually a tug o war in my house between me wanting to watch cable channels and my mom with her Indonesian channels.

There are some good shows in the Indonesian channels and there are some bad ones. Then there are the “so-bad-it’s-good” ones 😆 . What’s interesting is that the shows that fit into this “so-bad-it’s-good” belong to the Sinetron genre, the type of shows that my mom loves to watch. What’s a Sinetron? It’s a short form of “Sinema Elektronik” (Electronic Cinema) and it’s basically an Indonesian version of Soap Opera. The main reason for why they fit into the “so-bad-it’s-good” category is that all of them share the same cliche that always makes me laugh whenever it shows up on screen. Here are the list of cliches of a Sinetron that I could remember:

The hero (usually a heroine) is soooooo good…like really really good, caring, noble…I mean all of the good qualities of human being magnified 1000x. She is soooo innocent to the point that she is very stupidly naive and get fooled by the bad guy every single second!!! This goes on till the very end of the series when the bad guy finally get his/her ass kicked by bad karma.

The moral of the story:When facing oppression, don’t stand up for yourself. Instead, just be patient and take all beating from the bad guy because one day she will get what she deserves. Maybe tomorow or in ten years but it will come eventually 🙄

Extra points: The good girl wears a head scarf and sweet looking. For maximum impact, reveal that she teaches children Quran reading as her part time job.

The bad guy (usually an evil bitch) is sooooo F***ing evil that she will do anything to get what she wants and make the good heroine suffer badly. There is one sinetron where the evil bitch got what she wanted (she gets to marry the heroine’s boyfriend) and yet she still continues to make the heroine’s life miserable by framing her for murder so she gets sent to jail. I mean she already got what she wanted! How f***ing evil can she be (and this is after the heroine admitted defeat and wish the evil bitch & her ex boyfriend good luck in their marriage). But don’t worry, the evil bitch got sent to the prison by the end of the series if I remember correctly.

The moral of the story:Being evil also equals to being smart. Try to be creative when you want to do some evil things to someone eg. frame someone for murder, ask a ‘bomoh‘ or a witch doctor for help to do the dirty job or claim that you were raped by the hero (usually a good looking guy who works at the mosque). And be a good liar too.

Extra points: The evil bitch is hot and sexy. And she must have bulging eyes! When she talks, her eyes keeps bulging (accompanied by dramatic music) to show how evil she is Hahaha. For maximum impact, have TWO evil bitches: the evil step mom and the evil hot/sexy bimbo daughter 👿

A love triangle. The good guy and the bad guy out for the same girl or vice versa.

Random martial arts scene. Hero must know how to do martial arts moves. It’s also an opportunity for the director to try to do some exciting kinetic Matrix style fights. Even better, have a good looking pious man do martial arts with superpowers!

Evil shape shifting snakes. Usually locked in a battle with a badass pious man.

Big beautiful houses. One of the main highlight of an Indonesian tv series or movies is the way they showcase the big modern designed houses in Indonesia.

Comic relief characters: homosexuals, cross dressers, midgets. Any other characters who isn’t a good looking teenager are usually the ones that provides the comic relief. Besides, good looking teenage characters are busy with angst ridden love plot anyway….no time for humour. (BTW, a lot of teenage Indonesian stories now. What happened to those old Kadir & Doyok comedies or Sundel Bolong type of horror. Although I heard from many that Ayat2 Cinta is really good)

The title of the show is the name of the heroine. Sort of a trend these days…let me list down the names that I could remember: (Na)Dia, Suci, IntanCandy, Mawar, Soleha and there’s a new one coming out during Ramadhan called Syarifah I think…forgot which channel.

We hear the voices inside the character’s head. Extra point: We hear the evil bitch’s plan (I know, the villain could be a guy but most of the time it’s a girl) through a voice over. Meanwhile, she smiles evilly and play with her eyes BUT nobody around her notice that she’s making evil facial expression!!! HAHA 😛

Longer than it should be. The series tend to drag and just frustrate the viewers. Probably because the producers or TV station stretched it out due to the success of the first few episodes.

***

That’s all I can come up with. Have any more ideas? 🙂

Lost – No Place Like Home

The fourth season of LOST ended few days ago and the 8 month wait for the next season begins!! Nooooo!!

This is the best Lost finale yet (yes, even surpassing last year’s “OMG it’s a flash forward” episode). It has action, drama, romance and several moments of suspense. Oh and answers too….and new questions hahaha. I’m not gonna do a recap but just pointing out few things.

**Warning! This post contains spoilers for those who haven’t seen it yet**

Time Travelling Stuff

After watching three Terminator movies back to back, I had a long thought about the overall plot involving all the time travelling stuff. Ok, let me try to get the big picture (with some help from Wikipedia for dates & stuff)…ok…I just need to type this all up…get it off my head…

Soooo…The Machines (Skynet) starts a nuclear war and takes over the world in 1997. This event is called Judgement Day. Few humans survive and form a resistance group led by John Connor.  John Connor rescues Kyle Reese from prison and gives him the picture of his mother, Sarah Connor. Kyle Reese is fascinated with the picture of Sarah and falls in love with her (just based on that picture!!). In 2029, SkyNet sends a Terminator (let’s call him “Arnold 1st”) back to 1984 to kill Sarah Connor. Kyle Reese volunteers to go back to 1984 to protect Sarah. Kyle & Sarah have sex and as a result she gives birth to JOHN CONNOR!! 😯 Kyle dies and “Arnold 1st” dies too.

Oh wait…actually SkyNet of 2029 sends another Terminator back in time but this one can shape shift (T-1000) but John Connor of 2029 sends a re-programmed T-101(“Arnold 2nd” and he’s a good guy) to follow it. Both terminators end up in 1994, one to kill and the other to protect a 10 year old John Connor. Sarah, 10 year old John and “Arnold 2nd” then blow up Cyberdyne, the group responsible for creating SkyNet which is made possible because they reverse engineered the ARM OF “ARNOLD 1st” !!!! 😯 “Arnold 2nd” sacrifice himself to prevent reverse engineering and stops Judgement Day.

BUT!!! Judgement Day did not get stopped, only postponed back to 2004 thus the war between Humans and SkyNet continues. In 2032, John Connor gets killed by “Arnold 3rd” but it was later re-programmed as a good guy by Katherine, John’s Wife. 😐 SkyNet sends a hot Terminatrix to kill John’s Lieutenants while Katherine sends “Arnold 3rd” to protect them. They both end up in 2004. Young John Connor and Katherine of 2004 finds out that they cannot stop Judgement Day.

***HEAD EXPLODES!!***

I think I got the whole Terminator plot right hehe 😛

What’s interesting is that each of the three movies had different ideas about time travelling. The first movie was more into predestination thing. Everything was meant to happen that way, it’s destiny. If Kyle Reese didn’t go back to the past, John Connor wouldn’t exist but since he does exist, so Kyle was destined to go back in the past therefore he did not have a choice or free will…and the Machines/SkyNet, if they did not send back “Arnold 1” then they would not exist because SkyNet was built from the reverse Engineering of “Arnold 1”.

The second movie was more about possibility of changing timelines. This is about how we can go back in time and change the future by changing the past. Sarah and Co blew up Cyberdyne therefore preventing Judgement Day. In the alternate ending, you have an old Sarah Connor in the park talking about how the future changed and its a better world. Like the TV show Heroes where the future badass Hiro came back in time to tell Peter to “Save the Cheerleader and Save the World”. Peter did save the cheerleader thus the world is safe (as in Sylar not being the president of USA). So what happens to the badass future Hiro who sent the message in the first place??? Probably in an alternate timeline. Same applies to the case of Trunks in Dragon Ball Z series.

The third movie is a mix of both; you cannot entirely change the past but only modify it. John can only postpone Judgement Day but cannot stop it completely. It’s what the TV show LOST calls Course Correction. No matter what Desmond do in the past, the universe will modify itself to follow the divine/universal plan eg. Charlie’s death.

***HEAD EXPLODES!!***

So what about upcoming Terminator movie? That one has Christian Bale supposedly playing a 30ish year old John Connor and Kyle Reese is a teenager. So that would mean the year would be 2010-2020, before Kyle gets send back to 1984, “Arnold 2nd” to 1994 and “Arnold 3rd” to 2004. In other words, the new movie will be a sequel and a prequel!!! Oh and don’t get me started with the Terminator TV show with Sarah Connor. That one has Sarah and John jumping from 1999 to 2007!!!

***HEAD EXPLODES!!***

Now let me try figuring out the plot of Back to the Future trilogy…Hahaha, my head will definately explode again LOL

PS: Something that I just thought of. I understand that Sarah wants to destroy Cyberdyne to prevent Judgement Day but wouldn’t that kill John too? Coz No Judgement Day = No War = No Kyle Reese going back in time to f*** Sarah = No John Connor. Unless someone else fathers John Connor….I think my head will explode again!

Post PS: Is it “Judgement Day” or “Judgment Day”?!

Remember that American Idol contestant?

 American Idol

OK, so far I’m bored with the American Idol contestants of this season (except for David Archuleta because he has a good voice but annoys me & David Cook coz he always brings something different each week with his arrangements & stuff). I said to myself that few years later, I would probably only remember these two contestants of Season 7.

That’s when I got an idea! I want to test myself on how much I remember about the contestants of the previous seasons. For each season, I’m going to list as many contestant that I remember in a minute.

Note: I never seen the first season so it’s excluded from the list

Season 2

  • Ruben Studdard
  • Clay Aiken
  • Kimberley Locke
  • Kimberley Caldwell
  • The soldier guy/marine
  • Carmen Rasmusen

Season 3

  • Fantasia
  • Diana Degarmo
  • Jasmine trias
  • Jennifer Hudson
  • Latoya London
  • John Stevens
  • George Huff
  • Matt Rogers??
  • Camilla Velascez

Season 4

  • Carrie Underwood
  • Bo Bice
  • Constantine
  • Matt Rogers??
  • The chicken little guy???

Season 5

  • Taylor Hicks
  • Elliot Yamin
  • Chris Daughtry
  • Ace Young
  • katherine mcPhee
  • Bucky
  • Matt Rogers??? LOL
  • Kelly pickler

Season 6

  • Jordin sparks
  • Blake Lewis
  • Melinda doolittle
  • Haley Scornato the leg girl
  • Sanjaya
  • Chris Sligh
  • Phil Stacey
  • lakisha

So how did I do?

Season 2
– The military guy’s name is Joshua Gracin.
– How the hell could I forget Corey Clark?! The guy who claimed that he slept with Paula

Season 3
– Not ‘Camilla Velascez’ but Camile Velasco
– Jon Peter Lewis!! Again, how could I forget him!!! I mean, JPL singing Elvis!!!
– Matt Rogers is in this season LOL I was like ‘hmm..that guy from the Really Big Things…which season was he in again? I knew it has to be between Season 2 and Season 6.

Season 4
– Anwar!! Again I forgot! I remember supporting him early on but then he sucks at low notes but good at high notes.
– Scott Savol that’s the big guy with glasses..i remember a lot of people were pissed off when good singers got voted off before him.

Season 5
– Kevin Covais aka Chicken little guy was in this season not season 4

Season 6
– I forgot Chris Richardson!! The nasally Justin timberlake guy!

So in the next two or three years, let’s do this memory test on season 7 and see how many contestants we can remember.
